MY DIGITAL STUDIO PRINT SERVICES NOW AVAILABLE March 4, 2014We are happy to announce that our My Digital Studio printer is back online and you can now place print orders in the software. Our printer has assured us that the normal processing time of five to seven business days will not be affected, but we will be conducting ongoing quality testing and personally checking every order before it ships which may cause processing delays. We are also working on an update in the MDS software to alert customers about processing times before they place orders. To compensate for the delays, and to thank you for your patience, all print orders will automatically receive free upgraded shipping until Friday, March 14. This includes all orders that were in the system when it went offline on Friday, February 21. When you place a print product order, just select standard shipping and it will automatically be upgraded. (Please note that orders for traditional product are sent separately and will not be upgraded.)
